Perfect for cutting all fruit and vegetables, there is a knife to suit every need, from the 6 kitchen chef's knife knife to the 5 inch blade which is ideal for bigger jobs like a healthy cabbage or taking the skin off a freshly cooked salmon, we then also have the 5 inch ceramic blade which is perfect for melons, large fruit, grapefruit and other bigger vegetables.

The 4 inch fruit Knife is the handy everyday use Kitchen knife, ideal for carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes and all fruit, the blade is hardened to 400 tons of pressure causing the knife to be extremely hardy.

Our smallest paring knife is the 3 inch and with the distinctive black and white check it won't go amiss, ideal for cutting herbs, smaller fruit, garlic or spring onions. All our blades are stain proof and are easily wiped clean without a trace of smells or rust so common with other types of knives.

Please note:
As with all our knives or bladed products, the buyer must be 18 years or over.
Please be careful when handling or cleaning the knife. The ceramic knife blade is very sharp.
Do not use the ceramic knife on frozen food, bones and anything hard.
Do not use for any kind of chopping, prying or scraping.
Use a soft plastic or wooden cutting board.
Do not drop or knock the ceramic knife.

Care and Store:
Do not wash them in the dishwasher, wash them with mild washing agents and rinse to clean.
Store the ceramic knives in a knife block or leave them in the blade sheaths. Do not store them with other metallic knives.
The ceramic blades stay sharp for a long time. If you need to sharpen them, please bring them to a qualified specialist or use a professional ceramic knife sharpener with diamond grinding tool.
