 For connection issues: The remote must be added as a secondary controller, or the hub will not allow it to share the network information and control the devices.


 compatibility: If the hub does not allow secondary controllers, then our remote will only work as a standalone controller. This is a limitation of the hub and not Z-Wave or the remote.


 In our manual we have instructions specifically for Copying Information to this Remote (including nremote into existing network) 

 Place the two remotes near each other.
 Refer to the user manual for the Hub or primary remote. Put the primary remote into programming mode so that it sends information to the secondary remote.
 On the target , enter SETUP and select TRANSFER.
 Press OK. The screen will display PRIMARY. 
Use either arrow key to select RECEIVE.
 Press OK. The Screen will display RECEIVING.
 When the screen display SUCCESS you have successfully transferred the information.
