Â For connection issues: The remote must be added as a secondary controller, or the hub will not allow it to share the network information and control the devices.

Â compatibility: If the hub does not allow secondary controllers, then our remote will only work as a standalone controller. This is a limitation of the hub and not Z-Wave or the remote.

Â In our manual we have instructions specifically for Copying Information to this Remote (including nremote into existing network)Â

Â Place the two remotes near each other.
Â Refer to the user manual for the Hub or primary remote. Put the primary remote into programming mode so that it sends information to the secondary remote.
Â On the target , enter SETUP and select TRANSFER.
Â Press OK. The screen will display PRIMARY.Â
Use either arrow key to select RECEIVE.
Â Press OK. The Screen will display RECEIVING.
Â When the screen display SUCCESS you have successfully transferred the information.
