Toughened structural epoxy for permanent bonds – WEST SYSTEM G/flex 650 epoxy is a toughened, liquid structural epoxy resin designed for long-lasting, waterproof bonding in demanding repair and fabrication applications.
Reliable adhesion to difficult materials – This G/flex epoxy bonds fiberglass, metals, ceramics, plastics, and hard-to-bond woods that often challenge conventional epoxy resin systems.
Performs in marine and cold conditions – WEST SYSTEM G/flex 650 epoxy adheres to damp wood and wet surfaces and can be applied in any temperature, making it well suited for marine epoxy repairs and cold weather epoxy use.
Flexible formulation resists bond failure – Unlike rigid epoxy resin kits, G/flex epoxy allows controlled flex to improve peel strength and impact resistance where movement or vibration is expected.
Complete epoxy and hardener system – Made in the USA and supplied as a two-part WEST SYSTEM epoxy resin and hardener, G/flex 650 delivers predictable mixing and performance backed by WEST SYSTEM technical expertise.

650-8 G/Flex Epoxy
A toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding. With a modulus of elasticity of 150,000 psi., it is a bit more flexible than standard epoxies and polyester, but much stiffer than adhesive sealants. Makes structural bonds that can absorb the stress of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration. It is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. It can be modified with WEST SYSTEM fillers and additives, and used to wet-out fiberglass tapes and fabrics. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, G/Flex gives you 45 minutes of working time at room temperature. It reaches an initial cure in 7 to 10 hrs. and full cure in 24 hrs. Contains two 4 oz. bottles of liquid epoxy (one 4 oz. resin and one 4 oz. hardener) in a plastic bag.

Contains 4 fl. oz. G/Flex 650 resin, 4 fl. oz. G/Flex 650 hardener (8 fl. oz. mixed epoxy), 2 reusable mixing stick/applicators, 2 12-cc syringes, 4 grams adhesive filler, 4 mixing cups, 1pair disposable neoprene gloves, 4 alcohol cleaning pans and complete handling and repair instructions.
