Toner common tips:

★ 1.Please don't open the inner package of the toner before using
★ 2.Please switch off the power when you take off or install the toner
★ 3.Please make sure the Printer is working properly before install the toner
★ 4.Shake the toner for several times before install to make the toner uniform
★ 5.Please don't touch the OPC by hand and avoid the OPC was scrapped


Common Issue & Solution

★ 1.Toner leaking: By the damaged case or toner accumalated on Magnetic Roller
Solution: Clockwise rotation several time

★ 2.Lengthway black line: By the scrap Doctor Blad or bits of the paper on the Doctor Blad
Solution: Clean the Doctor Blad and the Printer

★ 3.Crosswise black line: By the toner accumalated on Magnetic Roller
Solution: Clockwise rotation several time

★ 4.Color un-uniform and a litter bit toner on the Magnetic Roller:
Solution: The toner is run off and need to change a new toner cartridge

★ 5.Lighter color: By the damp toner or expired toner
Solution: Shake the toner for several times and keep the toner in dry condition for 1-2 hours or change the toner

★ 6.Periodical black spot: By the tiny pit on the Primary Charging Roller or OPC
Solution: Change the Primary Charging Roller or OPC

★ 7. When I install the toner, the printer shows a message that the toner is not OEMs.
Comment: This is NON-OEM toner cartridge. It is re-manufactured toner cartridge made by OEM empty cartridge. This is a government recommended environment protection plan.

★ 8.How do I know if the cartridge really fit my printer or not?
Comment: Our toner are all re-manufactured, use the OEM empty cartridges. The defective rate controlled within 1-2%. If your printer model is included in our compatible listing, pls don't worry about that.
