CONTENTS
- 2 pieces of gel ice pack (4.7" x 9.8" each) that can be frozen, heated & microwaved

DIRECTIONS
***Limit application to only 20min at a time, and repeat every 1 to 1.5 hours as needed.
Hot
- Hot Water Method: boil water in a pot, remove from heat, immerse gel ice pack for approx 8-10 minutes, take it out and wipe it off for use
- Microwave Method: flatten gel ice pack, heat for 30 sec. STOP heating if it expands like a balloon. If more heat is needed, heat further for 10 sec at a time. (IMPORTANT: Microwave powers vary, so especially during 1st use, do exercise caution. Too much heat can make gel ice pack burst.)
Cold
- Store in freezer for at least 2 hours. Take note that gel will become too hard in sub-zero freezers; let it thaw a bit for it to soften and apply as needed.
