As with all of General Pencil Company products, the drawing pencils and kits are made in the USA featuring recyclable packaging, recycled content where available and all books are printed on FSC Certified Paper.All products conform to ASTM-D4236 are tested for safety and quality. Pencils and Erasers are Phthalate free, AP (Art and Creative Materials Institute) Approved and PMA (Pencil Makers Association) Approved for safety and have always been lead free.
