  • Complete Set: this set contains 2 heavy duty toilet flange support, 6 floor anchoring screws, 4 large flathead flange assembly screws; The tools required are Phillips screwdriver (large tip), electric drill, 3/16" and 1/8" drill bits (not included); A complete set to make your toilet flange repairs seamless and efficient
  • Guided Use: first, disconnect the toilet, remove wax ring and screws, slide flange plates under screw holes, alignment marks are stamped into plates for proper positioning, drill 1/8" holes through screw holes in closet flange, and connect the closet flange to the floor flange support plate with the flat head screws; Note: do not over tighten, please repair the floor under the toilet for large problem areas
  • Useful Floor Support: with our toilet flange repair kit, you don't need to worry about the floor not being flat or level anymore, simply install shims where needed under the toilet base; For concrete floors, please use plastic anchors or concrete screws; For homes with thinner floors, the closet flange may be fastened through flange plates into a board that you install under the floor decking, toggle bolts or bolts with nuts and washers are recommended instead of the floor screws
