Toasted Oat Flour is versatile and nutritious, and the base for many Montana Gluten Free baking and bread mixes. If you are looking for a gluten free flour, but not a baking mix containing xanthan gum, this is the product for you. The recipe to make Toasted Oat Bread from scratch using tapioca or arrowroot flours and xanthan or guar gum is on the Toasted Oat Flour package. Recommended for experienced bakers only.
