Our carefully selected 100% Arabica Coffee Cherries are grown in the richest volcanic soils of Nicaragua's Mombacho Volcano as well as Matagalpa and Jinotega Coffee Regions in altitudes that range from 3,000 feet to 4,000 feet producing a clean cup with medium sweetness and acidity as well as a balanced body with citric essences of sweet lime and hints of chocolate.
