- Infusion: Reddish orange to full color (depends on brewing time and quantity used), Cup Characteristics: natural lemon smooths bakey rooibos notes with a tongue tickling ginger finish
- Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 8 oz water, Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Also good for iced tea
