All you need is: Cold water; some milk or egg for glazing and some flour for dusting. Add cheese or dried fruit for a different flavor. Horace Green, a local baker in Brighton, believed that baking was one of the warmest ways to show your friends and family that you care. In 1907 he came up with the idea to lend a helping hand in the kitchen by pre-mixing the dry ingredients and selling the packs in his store. His mixes made delicious home baking so easy and fun to prepare, they were a huge success. The company affectionately become known as 'Green's of Brighton'. Now almost 100 years on Green's continues Horace's love of baking and easy delicious recipes.
