These are the plastic horseshoe shims used for leveling a countertop before you secure it. They are manufactured here in the USA by Grove products. They measure 2" tall, 1 1/2" wide and 1/16" thick. These horseshoe shims are ALWAYS solid, not hollow. This will ensure you of the tightest tolerances you can have! There are 100 pieces per box. In compression tests done by an outside engineering company these shims showed maximum capacity of over 28,000 pound before they were permanently deformed. That weight is based on a single piece so you know they will work for you.
