Black Rock Desert is Carl Cox's debut Global Underground album and is taken from a storming two hour set in The Opulent Temple in the Black Rock Desert, Summer 2009. The mix is a selection of cutting edge techno across two discs. Disc One includes Tiefschwarz’s "Trust" and Onionz’s "Spacebass" (Original Mix), along with Guy J’s "Lamur" (Henry Saiz Remix) and Alan Fitzpatrick’s "Green Light". "Main Room Part 1" by Robbie Rivera opens Disc Two, which also includes Joachim Gaurraud’s "No Techno In This Room Please" and "Perfect Sunrise" by Wilson Smallwood & Ingram.
