Balanced Load: The unique arc track design in the arm exerciser internal rotation handle provides consistent and even load distribution, making it an excellent tool for practicing internal rotation movements and strengthening the internal rotator muscles.
Special internal rotation exercises: Use the professional V-shaped handle to turn the wrist outward (internal rotation) and place the elbow on the elbow pad. During internal rotation training, the biceps remain tense and the angle between the forearm and shoulder remains at 90 degrees. The load is set so that the voltage can be maintained at the correct angle for 30 seconds. Repeat the exercise 10-12 times per set. This is a very good top-level training.
