Appropriate for: The radiator surge tank fits for BMW 525i 2001-2003 Base 2.5L L6 Gas, for BMW 528i 1999-2000 Base 2.8L L6 Gas, for BMW 530i 2001-2003 Base 3.0L L6 Gas
Function: The cooling tank will dissipate heat through the radiator to ensure that the engine operating temperature stay within normal range. Stores excess coolant fluid until required, avoid loss of lubrication, overheating and metal corrosion, reduce your engine's fuel consumption and cylinder bore wear.
Installation Instructions: 1. Turn off and cool down the car, remove the bolts and the reservoir. 2. Allow the remaining coolant to flow back into the drain pan. 3. Replace the new reservoir tank and reinstall the coolant hose to the radiator and tighten the clamp. 4. Finally check if function well.
Please Notice: Replace the coolant radiator reservoir tank to keep your engine at the right temperature under a variety of conditions and improve efficiency of heating system.
