- .125" Thick Purple mirror Acrylic Pickguard Set. 100% Precision cut in the USA, from American made materials to Standard American Fender Specs.
- Non-metallic, acrylic mirror pickguard. It features a contemporary, non-beveled edge.
- All of our pickguards ship with a protective masking on the front of the guard to protect it from general handling and installation. When the pickguard arrives it may have a "ratty", scratched or rough looking appearance. Rest assured, the rough appearance is only on the masking and when it is peeled off you'll have a pristine looking pickguard.
- *Professional installation is recommended*Being more brittle than ABS material pickguards, care must be taken when installing your acrylic pickguard on the guitar. Over stressing/rough handling may cause it to crack. The material is also not scratch proof. With normal use it will acquire normal pickguard swirling marks like on many other standard pickguards.
- If you are installing on a 22 fret Model Strat, it is important that you check the clearance between the top of the body and the 22nd fret fingerboard extension. There needs to be at least .125" of clearance. Generally there is enough clearance on most models but it is still a smart idea to check.
