Description
- Plotter cut the wanted design on Flock Stencil
- Peel the corner of the flock, leaving the dots behind on the backing paper
- Place the template on a hard surface to fill in rhinestones by shaking rhinestones on to your pattern and brushing them into place
- Cover with transfer tape to lift up the rhinestones. Transfer Material: TTD High Tack Mask or HT-Hot Fix Rhinestones Application Transfer Tape
- Press at medium pressure and remove the protective carrier at Cold Peel
