The Hamilton Beach Commercial HMD400 Triple-Spindle Drink Mixer is designed for high-volume applications and includes all of the features of our single-spindle mixer in a compact space, yet with triple the capacity. Ideal for mixing ice cream shakes to "flashing" bar drinks or blending eggs, pancake and waffle batter, operators can start and stop mixing action by inserting the cup into the cup guide or by using the pulse switch on the top of the mixer. Hands-free operation activates the motor when the cup rest is in the upper position, while the lower position holds the cup in place without starting the motor. The included wavy agitator mixes a wide range of ingredients quickly, while also aerating to increase yield. The Triple-Spindle Drink Mixer has a heavy-duty die cast housing to meet food service demands and easy cleaning and the removable cup guide is dishwasher safe. The sealed rear housing does not require venting and eliminates the risk of water ingress and motor failure. The universal motors are built to last with permanently sealed ball bearings and individually balanced to minimize vibration. The unit includes three 32oz/0. 95 L stainless steel cups, and additional cups can be purchased separately (Model#110E).
