This set includes a 7.5 inch Santoku knife and 5 inch Santoku knife in a gorgeous bamboo case that doubles as a cutting board. This set is made from high carbon German forged steel that has been tempered. The blades are sharpened to a 20 degree bevel angle. Combining this superior German steel with Hammer Stahl's unique quad-tang handle and a beautiful polished pakkawood inlay, this knife set is stunning.
