• Gently push the handguard in until it will not go in any farther. Be careful of the sharp blades, and never put your fingers inside!
• Use the screwdriver provided if you have difficulty changing the blades.
• Do not cut the ends off soft vegetables like zucchini. Push the handguard into one end, and then you can spiralize it to the very end with minimal waste.
• Use vegetable cores for stock, fried rice, baby food, or soup.
