How to Use Heavy Cream Powder: Blend a scoop into sauces and soups for a rich, sweet flavor. We recommend using a whisk, milk frother, or hand mixer for a smooth and creamy consistency every time. For baking applications, add heavy cream powder with other dry ingredients. Please note that this is not a powdered coffee creamer or an instant cream powder and will not dissolve instantly in liquid.
