- Blade|Triple laminated stainless steel.Two layers of tough stainless steel(18/8)protect the blade against breakage and corrosion,while the high carbon core provides a superb cutting edge.This triple laminated stainless steel is unique to our knife blades.
- Handle Material | Curly birch, leather and walnut.
- Handle Length = 4.5"(115 mm). Blade Length = 3.5"(89 mm). Blade Thickness = .12"(3.1 mm).
- Genuine Leather Sheath Included. Designed by Helle in 2005.
The Harmoni is a part of a series of Helle knives done in a contemporary style. The blade is made of triple laminated stainless steel with a handle of curly birch and walnut with leather spacers. There is a small guard on the handle providing security. It comes with a pouch type sheath reinforced with a metal band without any need for snaps or straps to securely hold the knife.
