Just when everyone was beginning to feel good about Paul Weller again, along comes 71 minutes of cafe-culture posings from his post-Jam adventures. There's some remarkably fine work here ("The Ghosts of Dachau," "Big Boss Groove"), but a band this minor is best represented by either its Cafe Blue debut or the Singular Adventures hits package. --Jeff Bateman
