  • EASY TO USE: Melt at 113°F (60°C) or just MICROWAVE IT at a maximum temperature of 140°F. You can microwave it as many times as needed. The drying time is no more than 20 seconds.
  • IDEAL FOR: Frozen and melted applications such as: ice cream, ice pops, frozen fruit, fondue, chocolate fountains and more!
  • A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY: 2.2 lbs (1 kg) of Hielatto Imperial Coating can cover up to 40 ice pops of 115g each or up to 7.7 lb (3.5 kg) of frozen strawberries.
  • DIRECTIONS AND TIPS: Do not heat directly on the stove, do it in a water bath (bain-marie) or in the microwave. Do not rise the temperature more than 140°F (60°C) to avoid burning the product. Avoid its contact with water. Do not use the pan lid when heating up the product.
