High-precision electric rotation: Our Electric Optical Rotating Platform is designed for applications such as precision machining and 3D scanning measurement . It features a worm gear mechanism that ensures exceptional rotational accuracy, complemented by an outer ring scale for convenient signal output.
Seamless connection to motion controllers: The timing platform is equipped with a stepper motor and RS232 interface, facilitating easy integration with various motion controllers. The standard stepper motor and DB9 interface offer flexibility, enabling us to create a customized motion tailored to your needs.
Versatile functionality: Our platform supports limit and zero functions and can be utilized vertically or combined with additional stages. It is compatible with prototype stepper motors of type 42 (1.8°), and a servo motor can be substituted based on specific requirements. The robust design ensures high precision, significant load capacity, and extended service life, although the turntable does not support optical angle feedback.
Limit & Zero function : The limit function and zero function can be added. The stage can be used vertically or assembled with other stages. The prototype stepper motor 42 stepping motor (1.8°). The servo motor can be replaced according to requirements. The steel cup has high precision, large carrying capacity and long service life.
