Your thyroid is an endocrine gland found in your neck which produces the hormones Triiodothyronine (T3) and Thyroxine (T4).
The amount T3 and T4 produced by the thyroid gland is regulated by another hormone known as Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) which is produced in the pituitary gland in the brain.
