- Add a scoop of our delicious heavy cream powder for a rich, sweet cream flavor in sauces, soups, and coffee. Our shelf-stable, hormone-free Heavy Cream Powder has a 72% butterfat content, great for adding a rich flavor to mixture and baked goods without adding moisture.
- Try using a blender to mix 3/8 cup of powder with a cup of water and let the mix sit overnight in the refrigerator to make a cup of heavy cream.
- Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing of the powder.
