Recipe for Pollo Asado -SoCal style!


1. Mix 2 parts Red SoCal Hot Sauce with 1 part oil.
2. Coat boneless – skinless chicken thighs and grill on high heat.
3. The oil brings up the flame and caramelizes the sugars in the sauce, turning the sauce into a type of Mexican BBQ!
4. Chop the grilled meat and serve in tacos or enchiladas!
