Seasoned harmonica ace Bob Corritore joins forces with rising young blues star Big Jon Atkinson (just 26 at the time of these sessions) for a collaboration with some of the world's greatest traditionalists at Big Jon's home-based Big Tone Studios. Recorded on all vintage equipment and with plenty of attitude, these sides exemplify how the nuanced, old school sounds can be carried forward and explored.
