You can also use it to stretch new heels, reducing the painful break-in period. This handy device enables you to stretch any pair of heels to accommodate the exact size of your feet.

Also included are 3 removable pressure relief plugs that attach to all twelve of the holes on the heel stretcher. These inserts allow you to stretch very small but trouble areas of your heels, letting you zero in on painful pressure points.
