With a higher output than a stock generator, these alternators are the perfect upgrade for your electrical system. As a direct replacement with an internal voltage regulator, these alternators require no modification before installation, only the use of an alternator stand. This alternator will work with 72 and earlier VW Beetles; Buses; Super Beetles and Ghias with an Generator to Alternator conversion kit.
