IceWraps' Reusable Gel Hot Cold Packs are perfect for:

- Ice pack wrap for coverage of small joints for tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, arthritis, tendonitis or fasciitis.
- Heat pack to soothe tension, knots, joint pain, stiffness, muscle cramps, or bruises.
- Place in freezer. Gel stays flexible when frozen. NOTE: Gel will freeze hard in subzero freezers. Let it thaw for a few seconds to soften.
- Place in microwave for 30 seconds at a time for hot pack.
- Hot or cold therapeutic treatment up to 20 minutes.
