- The IceCap 4.5 Liter Waste Collector eliminates smelly skimmate build-ups and will prevent your skimmer from overflowing. It collects large amounts of skimmate, controls strong odors, and incorporates a fail-safe mechanism to stop overflowing skimmers. The vented carbon housing can be swiftly removed for easy carbon exchanges.
