Illuminare All Day Eye Color SPF 15 is a smooth cream eyeshadow that accentuates and protects eyelids from damaging effects of the sun's harmful rays. Rich pigments provide a semi-matte finish to prevent eye color from smudging, fading or creasing. Use as a base before applying any shimmering powder. Safe for contact lens wearers and those with sensitive eyes. Perla Rossa is a shimmering pale pink shade.
