Description

  • Industrial Sheet Metal Brake - W-4812T is a 48 in heavy-duty straight brake designed for bending sheet metal panels, flanges, trim, brackets, ductwork parts, cabinet components, and architectural metalwork in fabrication shops and maintenance departments.
  • 12 Gauge Mild Steel Capacity - Handles up to 48 in bending width and 12 gauge / 0.1 in mild steel capacity. Also suitable for compatible stainless steel, copper, and aluminum when material thickness and hardness are within machine limits.
  • 0-135 Degree Bending Range - Adjustable bending angle supports straight bends, edge flanges, formed panels, and repeatable shop work. A stop rod helps operators control the bend angle for consistent production runs.
  • Counterweight-Assisted Operation - Counterweights and a balanced hammer help reduce manual effort and improve control during bending, especially when working with larger sheets or heavier gauge material.
  • Floor Model Shop Design - Heavy-duty handles, adjustable clamping force, welded steel frame, and approx. 1091 lb net weight help distinguish this straight brake from lighter bench models for HVAC, auto restoration, cabinets, trim, signage, and repair shops.
