Insourcing: Bringing Discipleship Back to the Local Church (Leadership Network Innovation Series)

Too many of today’s pastors and leaders mistakenly think that thriving programs, lively worship services, and relevant preaching are adequate for developing people into the spiritual dynamos God desires.
