The IRWIN 1-1/8-inch Self-Feed Wood Drill Bit is great for drilling large-diameter holes in wood for pipe, conduit and other applications. The wood drill bits have a replaceable coarse screw point to drill quickly in dry, wet and gummy wood. The self-feed drill bits have a precision-milled shank to help eliminate runout and wobble and are forged in 1 piece from high-carbon steel for high strength under tough drilling conditions. Each self-feed bit has a 7/16-inch hex quick-change impact shank that fits most 1/2-inch or larger electric drills or 7/16-inch hex impact wrench drills.
