DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE YOUR SPRINGFORM: Always assemble your springform pan on a flat surface. Before clasping your pan latch, make sure the base is sitting on a flat surface or counter and ridge (lip) is down to ensure bottom fits tightly. Pan inner lining has a non stick surface but cake will slide out easier if you spray lightly with oil. After baking, remove the springform sides and slide the parchment lined cake off the base and onto a serving plate for a beautiful presentation.
