JAYO PA12-CF Nylon Carbon Fiber Filament 1.75mm, Superior Toughness, Low Moisture Absorption, Heat Resistant to 176°C, Durable & Precise Printing for Aerospace & Industrial Use 1kg Spool
【80% PA12 Nylon + 20% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement】 Our PA12-CF filament combines approximately 80% nylon 12 with 20% chopped carbon fiber, providing excellent stiffness, strength, and heat resistance. This nylon 12 carbon fiber filament delivers superior dimensional stability and lower moisture absorption compared to PA6-based filaments.
【Heat Resistance up to 176°C】 This engineering-grade PA12 carbon fiber filament offers a heat deflection temperature around 176°C, suitable for applications requiring good thermal performance and chemical resistance, such as aerospace components, protective housings, and industrial parts.
【Excellent Impact Resistance & Chemical Stability】 Thanks to the PA12 base, the filament exhibits improved toughness and lower water absorption than PA6, making it ideal for parts that need to withstand impact, vibration, and exposure to chemicals or moisture over long periods.
【Optimized Printing Settings】 Print this nylon carbon fiber filament at a nozzle temperature of 260-280°C, bed temperature of 50-70°C, and speed of 60-100mm/s. For maximum performance, anneal printed parts at 80-130°C for 5-12 hours. Works best with hardened steel nozzles to prevent abrasion.
【Moisture-Proof Sealing & Heat-Resistant PA Spool】 Vacuum-sealed with a desiccant to keep your 3D printing filament dry and tangle-free. The PA plastic spool is heat-resistant up to 110°C, ensuring spool stability during annealing or high-temperature storage without deformation, unlike cardboard spools.
