Raw Sprouted Organic Hazelnuts - Soaked in pink Himalayan salt crystals then dehydrated at a low temperature to ensure the nutritional integrity and improve the digestion of the hazelnuts. Soaking also reduces the phytic acid, a substance that reduces your ability to absorb minerals. We source only truly raw, non-irradiated and unpasteurized hazelnuts from Washington, Oregon, Italy and Turkey.
Raw Cacao Nibs (Ka-kow):
These dried seeds from South America are from an evergreen tree. Cacao has long been enjoyed for its healthful; invigorating; and blissful properties in Mexican, Central and South American cultures. Our chocolate nut spread is made with carefully selected raw organic beans, and stone ground over 24 hours, while carefully monitoring that the bean never heats over 118 degrees.
