- Powered by 1pc CR2032 button cell(battery is not included). The battery life is about 6 months~1 year. The length of the battery life depends on the length of the broadcast interval.
- Users can use Jinou Android app and iOS APP "BeaconParamSet" to set UUID, Major, Minor, Device Name, Password, Broadcast Power, Transmission Interval etc.

Beacons/iBeacons are small tracking devices that constantly send their location and other information to nearby devices (computers, smart phones, tablets, etc.). The max searching range is up to 50-100m( 164-328 feet), and connecting range is about 25m( 82 feet)(Users can adjust the range by changing the Local TX power).
Users can detect beacon's UUID signal, RSSI signal, and battery life signal with smart phones. Users can also change its paring code, transmitted power, and other customized functions.
jBeacon is highly qualified with iBeacon standard, so that it can be tested via iOS APP "BeaconParamSet" and we will provide test app for Android and eddystone (version 4.3 and up).
