Instructions
1）In a stand up mixer, mix all ingredients together.
2）Pre heat oven to 180C.
3）Prepare size and shape.
4）Pour mixture into the moulds.
5）Bake for 22 minutes, until lightly golden brown and a toothpick or skewer comes out clean.
6）Remove from oven and allow to fully cool.
7）But while the cake is still hot/warm, in a sauce pan over medium heat on the stove, combine ingredients for orange syrup; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
8）With a large toothpick or skewer, poke several holes throughout the cake and pour the orange syrup all over the cake.
9）Enjoy!
Notes
Hint and Tip: Should you wish to make this cake healthier, feel free to substitute xylitol for sugar in the same amounts.
