The JJC 58mm Lens Hood is designed to mount quickly and easily onto your camera lens to prevent lens flare in your images. It’s compatible with any lenses with 58mm lens thread size, such as Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 IS STM III, RF 24-50mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM, RF-S 14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ, Nikon AF-S 50mm/1.8G, AF-S 55-300mm 4.5-5.6G ED. Please verify your lens thread size before purchasing. This number is always marked beside a "Ø" (diameter) symbol on the lens barrel. Warm Tips* it's not suitable for wide-angle shooting.
Non-glare matte finish on the interior surface of the lens hood helps to minimize flare by deflecting stray light from entering the lens and no vignetting with the hood on.
The two-part design allows you to leave the metal threaded ring on your lens and easily clip on the hood when needed. It’s available to attach a Ф58mm filter and a Ф58mm lens cap.
The tulip lens hood is reversible design, allowing you to place it backwards over the lens for a more compact storage solution.
The lens shade also provides additional protection to the lens from accidental impacts, bumps, or scratching.
