The core of the JT TwinStar is a lightweight aviation grade Ergal 7075-T6 Aluminum, precision made using state of the art laser cutting and CNC machining
The steel outer ring is heat-induction hardened to create a sprocket which will last up to six times longer than a standard 7075-T6 aluminum sprocket
An extensive test program which included top level Motocross events and the 2020 Dakar Rally have proven the final product
