HOW TO USE IT
1.Please keep quiet for 5 -10 minutes and avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising and bathing before taking measurement.
2.Remove watch or other ornaments from the measured wrist.
3.Always measure on the same wrist (normally left wrist).
4.Take measurement regularly at the same time of every day, as blood pressure changes even during the day.
5.Make sure you are in a comfortable and relax position and do not activate any of the muscles of the arm; If put the wrist lower or higher than the heart, a false reading will be shown. SET UP MEMORY FUNCTION:
As for how to set up, firstly you need to press the Memory button long enough at least more than five seconds, then you will see four numbers in the right bottom corner. These four numbers represent Month, Date, Hour and Minute. Press Memory button and Set up button to set up the time the same as your local time. After the setup done, you could read the old measurements before with exact dates.
