On the interchangeable feet for the AcuFeed flex Twin holder, the 1/4" foot OD, sometimes referred to as the Quilt Piecing foot is a quilter's dream. It has built-in flange to keep your seams right at the 1/4" all the way around. Clips onto dual Acufeed foot holder which comes with your machine. Use with Janome models: MC8200, MC12000 Horizon, MC15000 Horizon and Elna model EL900 expressive.
