Does not fit the Unlimited/LJ. I start with the best diamond plate there is "3003 grade highly polished" then its scuffed, sanded and prepped to accept the rubberized coating. I apply by roller 2 thick layers 4 hrs apart then let dry 48 hrs before I wrap them for sale. My corners also have NO CUT OUTS in them, which make it nice for those wanting to customize the rear of their jeeps. But I do mark where to cut out for the gas door and tail light wires if you want to cut them out. My panels are all aluminum so they are easy to cut with a jigsaw with a bi-metal blade like 18 or 20tpi. PLEASE NOTE: THESE QUARTER PANEL PARTS ARE SHIPPED FLAT (to save you greatly in shipping) simply start at the tailgate and bend and work your way around the corner, once you have it bent for a nice fit just tuck it under the fender flare "its very easy to do" and then you can attach them. TO INSTALL YOU CAN USE 2 SIDED TAPE, SELF TAPPING SCREWS, OR RIVETS. I WILL SEND ALL ALUMINUM RIVETS WITH YOUR ORDER.
