I apply by roller 2 thick layers 4 hrs apart then let dry 48 hrs before I wrap them for sale. My corners also have NO CUT OUTS in them, which make it nice for those wanting to customize the rear of their jeeps. But I do mark where to cut out for the gas door and tail light wires if you want to cut them out. My panels are all aluminum so they are easy to cut with a jigsaw with a bi-metal blade like 18 or 20tpi.
