How to do if it doesn't work?
1. Make sure the adjustable flame dial below have already pointed to the suitable setting. If it point to the min or max setting it will hard to light.
2. check about the piezo ignition wire if point correctly to the jet nozzle. If it's far from the nozzle, it'll affect the ignition. So please press the wire down to get close to the nozzle.

How to refill it?
1. Before refilling, please use a pen tip-sized tool to press the valve and release the residual gas to eliminate the pressure in the tank. Otherwise, the gas may not be filled because of high pressure.
2. Before refilling, please adjust the valve to the minimum. Press the gas nozzle vertically downwards into the lighter valve with force. 2 or 3 seconds one time and refill it about three times. If there is a large amount of gas leakage during the filling process, the reason may be the cylinder is not press with force and aligned with the lighter valve.
3. Wait about 5 minutes after refill. If the flame height is too high or too low when used, please adjust the flame dial to the suitable position. Please make sure it doesn't point to the max or min setting.
4. High quality pure butane should be used. Zippo is recommended. Inferior butane may damage the lighter or reduce the service life.
