A jeweler's pin vise does pretty much what the name implies - acts as a hand-held vise for firmly holding accessories or workpieces too small for other tools. The handle provides a way for you to turn the item such as a tiny drill bit, reamer, or pin. It also works great holding the very small screws used in eyeglasses, cell phones & electronics so you can get the threads started - a very frustrating job using too-big fingers or clumsy tweezers.
