These organic popcorn kernels are high in fiber, making for a healthy snack which keeps you full. Only 1 gram of natural fat per serving, no trans fat and no saturated fat. There are many ways to prepare these yellow popping kernels for a home style popcorn taste, including a stove popper, an air popper, or a campfire popper. There are about 17 servings in this 20-oz resealable bag - and each serving makes 5 cups of delicious popped organic popcorn. Directions: Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in any heavy, covered pan. When one kernel dropped into the hot oil pops, pour in 1/3 cup pop corn (or enough to cover bottom of pan, no more than one kernel deep). Reduce heat to medium. Cover and shake (allowing steam to escape) until popping stops. Automatic Poppers & Hot Air Poppers: Follow manufacturer's instructions.
